Who is behind MIRA

Macarena Quijada

Founder of SpeakComm and creator of the MIRA Method.

For over 20 years, I have been solving the same challenge in organizations of very different sizes: enabling them to take on more activity, better coordinate their operations, and make decisions with reliable information, without growth meaning more errors, more costs, and more overload for those who manage them.

I've done it in SMEs, in multinational teams, and in international institutions where a single mistake could affect a summit with heads of state. The scale changes, but the underlying challenge is the same: understanding what's happening, getting all the pieces working in the same direction, and building a system capable of sustaining the business.

That experience is the basis of the MIRA Method.
