Greater profitability and capacity. More control over your business.

For over 20 years, I have helped companies and institutions reduce losses, increase capacity and make better decisions. Today, I bring that experience to SMEs with customers and a viable business, but also more errors, higher costs and less and less time to lead.

When the stakes are high, experience matters.

I've learned to see the whole business when others only see an isolated problem.

A manager doesn't need more piecemeal recommendations. They need someone who can understand what's compromising results, decide what deserves attention, and turn it into a way of working that their company can sustain.

That ability doesn't come from a single specialty. I've developed it by solving problems with real-world consequences in very different organizations.

When good coordination was essential

At the Council of the European Union, I organized the audiovisual coverage of summits with dozens of professionals, constant changes, and no room for error; meetings attended by leaders such as Barack Obama, Vladimir Putin, and Mariano Rajoy. To replace paper-based management, I implemented a system that centralized information and distributed resources.

The institution moved beyond manual planning, gained the ability to react without losing control, reduced coordination and production costs, and turned the system into the basis of an institutional television network.
When a need could become a business

At Alight Solutions —a company that serves most of the Fortune 100— I turned the difficulty of remotely showcasing one of their workplaces into a Virtual Tour that allowed them to present the space, the people, and the way of working without having to travel.

Sales was able to unlock new opportunities, and the Virtual Tour helped secure contracts worth approximately €20 million. The same solution further increased its return on investment by also being used in Recruitment, Training, and Auditing.

When growth needed a system

At Growit School, I led their first ChatGPT program in Spanish and helped transform a successful course into a school capable of expanding programs, coordinating its team, and supporting more than 3,000 students.

The new system delivered annual cost savings, reduced customer churn by 89% and tripled annual subscriptions.

I also teach Canva with AI, applied as a 360 tool for small businesses.

Today, I put all that experience at the service of SMEs: the rigour to avoid overlooking anything important, the perspective to connect what is happening across different areas, and the ability to take a solution from an idea to a system that works in practice.

The work I do today

I help the manager regain margin, capacity, and management time without losing control of the business.

I work with SMEs that have grown, but are starting to pay for that growth with errors, manual work, unreliable information, indispensable people, and decisions that always end up on the manager's desk.

I identify where money, time, and capacity are being lost; I get to the root causes and design and implement the system the company needs to take on more business with the structure it already has.

How I work

I created the MIRA Method to solve the entire problem, not just a part of it.

After years of solving problems in very different organizations, I've found that solutions fail when you start acting before you understand. You buy a tool, automate a task, or reorganize a team, but the problem reappears because its root cause remains within the company.

MIRA brings together in a single working method the criteria I apply to each project. It forces me to consider strategy and finance, organization, communication, technology, and culture; to compare explanations with data and continue investigating until I know what is causing the problem and where intervention is needed.

Understand before you change

We analyze how the company actually works and compare what people explain with the data and with what happens on a daily basis.

To get to the root causes

We separate the symptoms from what is causing them and detect the relationships that are not seen when looking at each area separately.

Deciding where to invest first

We organize the problems and define what actions the company needs and what result is expected from each one.

Implement until it works

We transform the diagnosis into processes, responsibilities, communication, tools, training, and indicators that the team can use and maintain.

My role

To make visible what everyday life doesn't allow you to see.

I organize the decisions with you and build a way of working that allows the business to be sustained without constantly depending on emergencies, extraordinary efforts or indispensable people.
