2. What data do we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may process identifying and contact information—such as name, email, telephone and company—, professional information, number of employees, the situations you select in MIRA Scan and the data you freely include in forms or messages.

We don't need special categories of data, such as health information, ideology, or beliefs. Avoid including them in open fields.

3. What we use them for and on what basis

Inquiries, MIRA Scan and information requests

We use your data to respond to you, analyze the information you submit, prepare an initial assessment, and manage the steps prior to a potential contract. The legal basis for this processing is your request and the application of pre-contractual measures; where applicable, also your consent.

Provision of services and business relationship

If you contract our services, we will process the data necessary to prepare proposals, execute the project, communicate with you, invoice, and fulfill our obligations. This processing is based on the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.

Commercial communications

We will only send news or promotions when there is a legal basis for doing so. If consent is requested, it will be optional, specific, and can be withdrawn at any time. Requesting information about a service does not imply automatic subscription.

Security and defense of rights

We may process the data necessary to protect the website, prevent abuse, address complaints, or defend our rights and legitimate interests.

4. How long do we keep them?

Inquiries that do not lead to a professional relationship will be kept for the time necessary to respond and follow up and, at most, twelve months from the last interaction, unless they need to be blocked for a longer period to address potential liabilities.

Customer data will be retained for the duration of the relationship and, thereafter, for the legally applicable periods. Data for marketing communications will be kept until you withdraw your consent or object.

5. With whom they are shared and where they are managed

We do not sell your data. Data submitted via MIRA Scan and the AI entrepreneurship program form is stored on WordPress, hosted by BanaHosting. MIRA Scan data is also incorporated into our business records in Google Sheets using Google Apps Script. Internal email notifications are sent via Brevo. These services may process the data necessary to perform their respective functions.

To measure website usage, we use Google Analytics 4, subject to your chosen cookie preferences. Consent is managed through Cookie Compliance. Website text translations are performed using TranslatePress and Google Cloud Translation; this function is not used to analyze your form responses.

Data may also be disclosed when required by law. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we will review applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, as well as withdraw your consent. Write to us at macarena@speakcomm.ai, indicating the right you wish to exercise. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7. Forms, automated decisions and minors

The required fields are necessary to process your request. The initial MIRA Scan result can be generated from the selected symptoms, but it has no legal effect and does not replace a professional review. No legally binding decisions are made based solely on automated processing.

Our services are aimed at adults and professionals. We do not intentionally collect data from children under 14 years of age.

8. Security and changes

We take reasonable measures to prevent the loss, alteration, or unauthorized access of data. This policy may be updated when the website, data processing practices, or regulations change. The current date will appear at the top.
