The starting point

The problem you see may only be part of it.

“We have work, but not the capacity to grow.”

“Each new client requires more of my time.”

“I do not know the true profitability of each client or service.”

“The same mistakes keep happening.”

“To find out what is happening, I have to ask around and search in several places.”

“We have tools that we are not making proper use of.”

MIRA Audit does not stop at these symptoms. It analyses what is causing them and how far they affect operations and results.

  • What impact does it have on the business?
  • What evidence supports this conclusion?
  • How confident can we be in it?
  • What needs to be done to resolve it?
  • What result should it achieve?

How it is done

A thorough analysis without creating another problem for your schedule.

  1. 01

    We prepare

We define the information, access, and people we need.

  2. 02

    We observe

We reviewed data, tools, tasks, and processes, and spoke with the necessary people.

  3. 03

    We cross-reference the evidence

We compare evidence, identify patterns, and quantify their impact.

  4. 04

    We present

We will review the complete diagnosis and intervention priorities with you.

If what is declared and what happens in practice do not coincide, we point it out and compare it. Where reliable data is lacking, we also mention it.

Real cases

What isn't measured also costs money.

890 hannual income from unpaid work and low-value tasks
20.000 €per year between gift value and loss of recurrence
0,3 %Of all the hours recorded, he dedicated himself to acquiring new business.

The company was losing margin and barely dedicating any capacity to generating new business.

350–400monitors managed manually in a single month
88–100 %of the coordination time absorbed by organizing and executing the events
3 exitsof coordinators in less than two months

The volume grew on a manual operation that absorbed the team and made it difficult to replace them.

These figures describe real situations and do not represent a promise of results. Every company faces different losses, risks, and opportunities.

Frequently Asked Questions

What you need to know before you start.

What is a comprehensive business audit?+

MIRA Audit jointly analyzes strategy and finance, organization, communication, technology and culture to identify losses, risks, blockages and root causes, and determine what the company needs to change, why and in what order.

How long does MIRA Audit last?+

The analysis is completed within a maximum of four weeks from the date we receive all the necessary information. Before starting, we establish the schedule, sessions, and required documentation.

Does the audit evaluate employee performance?+

To understand how the company truly operates, we analyze how employees distribute and execute tasks, how information flows, how decisions are made, and what happens when a problem arises. We don't assign blame or conduct individual performance reviews.

Is it suitable for companies in any sector?+

Yes. The methodology is common, but the analysis and recommendations are built from the operation, data, processes and particularities of each company.

Why not start implementing solutions directly?+

Because a tool, automation, or reorganization can resolve a symptom while leaving the underlying cause untouched. An audit allows you to understand what the company truly needs before investing money and time.

Do I need to hire MIRA OS afterwards?+

No. MIRA Audit is a complete and independent service. You can use the diagnostic to make your own decisions or continue with MIRA OS so we can implement the system defined based on the identified priorities.
